4. Get out of the house

Plan some outdoor activities with the family – snowball fight on the back garden, walks in the park, anything that keeps everyone entertained while burning a lot of calories.

5. Stay active


Seriously – perform those fitness routines whenever possible. If you can’t get to the gym, don’t forget you can improvise ways to workout, such as getting off the bus a stop earlier or using the stairs.

6. Avoid skipping meals

It may be tempting to cut certain meals of the day, but this will only lead to counterproductive results. Don’t skip them… Especially breakfast!
