  1. Mix together the honey, vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Toss the steak cubes in the mix to coat thoroughly, and then leave to stand for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Heat a frying pan to a high heat, add the steak cubes and marinade.
  4. Cook on this high heat until all the liquid has been absorbed by the steak cubes.
  5. Remove from pan and serve with your side dish of choice.
