  • 3 x Streaky Bacon Rashers, Sliced
  • Olive Oil

Nutritional comparison



  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, tip in your sprouts and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Drain the boiling water and tip the sprouts into a bowl of iced water to cool quickly.
  3. Drizzle olive oil into a sauce pan and fry the bacon for 5 mins until crisp.
  4. Toss in the Sprouts stir fry for 4-5 minutes, season generously and serve… mmm!
