  1. Preheat your oven to 185C.
  2. Fry your beef mince, onions and garlic in your coconut oil untitled browned.
  3. Then add the seasonings, carrots, peas, celery, Worcester sauce. Dissolve your beef stock cube in around 350ml of boiling water and pour into pan.
  4. Turn to a lower heat and Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, boil and mash your sweet potato (takes around 15-20 mins).
  5. Then pour your cottage pie filling into a baking dish and spread over the sweet potato mash and then grate over your cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top of the pie is golden and crisp.
