Tangy Tilapia Tacos


  • 2 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1/2tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2tsp Oregano
  • 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1/4tsp Cumin

Sauce Ingredients

  • 60g Reduced-Fat Sour Cream
  • Small Bunch Fresh Coriander
  • 1/4 Lime
  • 1tbsp Jalapenos

  1. In a bowl add the brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder, salt and cumin. Sprinkle this over the tilapia fillets.
  2. Heat a large pan on a high heat and add some olive oil. Add the tilapia fillets and cook for around 3 minutes on each side.
  3. To make the sauce add all the sauce ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Assemble the tacos and enjoy immediately.
