    The price and quality of the products is excellent. It should be easy to provide 5 stars BUT the customer service often leaves a lot to be desired! My last order was NOT delivered to my address. I contacted customer service to seek help because I had received an email from DPD advising that it had been delivered with a picture of the house it was delivered to. It was not my house! Neither Musclefood or DPD bothered to reply to my messages. Luckily a neighbour noticed boxes from Musclefood had been delivered to an unoccupied house up the street. Knowing that I order from Musclefood he checked the address on the boxes and found that they were mine. He advised me and we carried them back to my house. I gave him some chicken as a thank you. No thanks to Musclefood or DPD as they weren’t interested!

  • INGREDIENTS

    Cooked Basmati Rice (62%), Kidney Beans (11%), Coconut Cream (9%), Onions, Red Peppers (Capsicum), Sunflower Oil, Red Chilli (0.8%), Jalapeno Chilli (0.6%), Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pimento.

  • STORAGE & PREP

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

    Cooking: Best served hot but can be consumed cold.

    Microwave 
    Squeeze pouch, tear strip, microwave at 800W for 2 minutes.
    Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

    Stir Fry
    Stir fry for 3 mins, serve & enjoy.

    Important: Take care when handling the heated pouch.

    Serving suggestion
    Perfect with chicken thighs. Marinate in ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet chillies, allspice, and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until brown.

    For a meat-free option, try with stewed vegetables and fried plantain.
