  • INGREDIENTS

    Cooked Basmati Rice (62%), Kidney Beans (11%), Coconut Cream (9%), Onions, Red Peppers (Capsicum), Sunflower Oil, Red Chilli (0.8%), Jalapeno Chilli (0.6%), Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pimento.

  • STORAGE & PREP

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

    Cooking: Best served hot but can be consumed cold.

    Microwave 
    Squeeze pouch, tear strip, microwave at 800W for 2 minutes.
    Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

    Stir Fry
    Stir fry for 3 mins, serve & enjoy.

    Important: Take care when handling the heated pouch.

    Serving suggestion
    Perfect with chicken thighs. Marinate in ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet chillies, allspice, and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until brown.

    For a meat-free option, try with stewed vegetables and fried plantain.
