Method:


  1. Grease a loaf tin and preheat oven (160 degrees)
  2. Simply combine all of the ingredients together (except for the apple) and pour in to loaf tin
  3. Top the mixture with the sliced apple
  4. Bake for 40 minutes on at 160c
  5. Once the toffee apple loaf is ready, allow to cool and slice in to pieces
