Toffee Peanut Butter Donuts

  1. Preheat your oven to 170C.
  2. Add the banana, almond milk and egg whites into a food processor, pop on the lid and whizz together until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter along with the protein, oats and baking powder then pulse again until super smooth.
  4. Give the sides a scrape down then spray a little low cal spray into a silicone donut pan then add a little bit of batter to each section.
  5. Only half fill the sections to keep the donut shape and smooth out with your fingers if needed.
  6. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, make the frosting by mixing together the peanut butter and yogurt in a bowl.
  8. When the donuts have finished cooking, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 1 minute before turning out.
  9. Now it’s time to frost up!  Take one of the donuts and place it in the frosting mix and spin it around.
  10. Remove and repeat with the rest of the donuts.
