When you think of the Christmas cheeseboard, Cheddar is an essential - but don't settle for the standard block... THIS handmade and classically matured Cheddar stands head and shoulders above the rest!

With a mature, creamy and tangy flavour, this Multi-Award Winning Cheddar is produced by cows reared on a lush grass fed diet in the fields of Somerset.

The milk itself isn’t tampered with in any way – it doesn’t even have to travel - as our fab producers only use raw, unpasteurised milk.

This guarantees a robust cheese bursting with flavourful character and protein!

25.5g per 100g to be exact…

It’s then made in a round mould – the traditional way – and pampered for three days being pressed and bathed in hot water to guarantee that distinctive soft, crumbly texture we all know and LOVE about Cheddar.

For the final flourish, it’s matured for up to 12 months all the while being carefully hand turned and cared for until it reaches your cheeseboard.

Made with love, this artisanal Cheddar is simply mouth-watering – perfect for cutting a wedge and serving with your selection of crackers on the big festive day…
