Sweet Potato Hash Browns

  1. Peel Sweet Potato removing all the skin, and dice into small squares before placing in the microwave
  2. Chop cabbage, onion and bacon fry in a high heat pan until brown
  3. Mash sweet potato, add a hint of garlic and ¼ of an onionn
  4. Fry until fully cooked
  5. Squash into flat circle shape
  6. Fry until fully cooked.

Low Carb Saucy Sausage Pasta

  1. Put a large pan of water on to boil. Heat a tsp of oil in a large frying pan and fry the Muscle Food Low a Cumberland Sausages chunks on a fairly high heat until golden brown.
  2. Stir in the chilli powder and tomatoes with the sausages, bring the sauce to the boil and turn the heat down. Let it bubble for about 10 minutes while you cook the Low Carb Fusilli Pasta .
  3. Drop the pasta into the pan of boiling water and cook according to the pack instructions. Drain the pasta, then tip it into the frying pan with the sausage sauce, mixing well to coat. Dish up immediately with crusty bread.

Healthy Blueberry Banana Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a bread tin.
  2. Sieve the whey protein, flour, baking powder, splenda, a pinch of salt and cinnamon into a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg whites, water and mashed banana. Then, pour them into the dry ingredients bowl.
  4. Mix well and add your chopped almonds just before you pour the whole mixture into the greased bread tin.
  5. Bake for 45 – 50 min then, using a toothpick, test the centre. If the toothpick comes out clean, your loaf is ready.

Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Burger

  1. Flatten Extra Lean Free Range Steak Mince into two circular shapes.
  2. Place a High Protein, Low Fat Cheese in-between burgers, and place circular shapes together.
  3. Wrap the burger in bacon
  4. Fry until fully cooked
  5. Decorate your burger with your favourite Muscle Food Toppings.

  1. Simply Flatten Steak & rub in Muscle Food Grill Grilstock Seasoning.
  2. Add the steak to a hot pan, then cook for 6 minutes for medium-rare, or to your liking, turning every minute.
  3. Cover in Tomato Puree, Cheese and Pepperoni & bake for around 10 minutes.

  3. Finaly dice the onion.

  1. Place 150g of pumpkin, spring onion, fresh ginger, green chilli, paprika & 2 chicken stockpots into a pan

Slimming Friendly Bacon, Ban & Egg Breakfast Cups

  1. Fry Low Fat Back Bacon Medallions and mushroom on a pan
  2. Place mushrooms and bacon into a small cup before adding Muscle Food beans and High Protein & Low Fat Cheese and crack an egg on top.
  3. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes at around 190°

Slimming Friendly Scotch Egg

  1. Using a large spoon, lower the eggs into a pan of hot water. Bring water to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer.
  2. Take each sausage and squeeze the sausage meat out of the skin. Mold the sausage meat into two balls.
  3. Peel the eggs, add one-half of the Sausage meat and mould it around the boiled egg.
  4. Dip each egg into the beaten egg, then quickly roll it in the Smash. You only need a thin coating of Smash
  5. Place each coated egg onto a baking tray and spray with Frylight before cooking at190 °C for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through

Slimming Friendly Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Pre-heat oven to 210°C and spray baking tray with Frylight until it starts to foam slightly
  2. Put flour, eggs, milk and salt in a decent sized bowl and whisk, by hand, until the mixture is smooth
  3. Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and place in the oven before cooking for around 8-10 minutes.

  1. Place Cream in bowl and warm for 2 minutes before crushing Muscle Food Oreos up and adding to the cream.
  2. Mix thoroughly and then add White Chocolate Balls before pouring into a tray
  3. Refrigerate until hard than serve

Slimming Friendly Mighty Meatzza

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°c/Fan 170°c/Gas 5. Put the garlic, onion, passata, tomato purée, sweetener and chilli flakes in a saucepan and bring to the boil over a high heat. Turn the heat down to medium, stir in the basil, season to taste and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, line a heavy-based 25cm pizza tin with non-stick baking parchment. Put all the ingredients for the base into a large bowl, season to taste and mix well using your fingers. Press this mixture into the prepared tin to make a flat round base and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove the base from the oven and drain off any liquid. Increase the oven temperature to 220°c/Fan
  3. Spread the passata mixture over the base, add dollops of cottage cheese and scatter over the mushrooms and peppers. Return the pizza to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned and bubbling. Scatter over the basil leaves, cut into wedges and serve with a crisp green salad.

Incredibly Healthy Cottage Pie

  1. Peel & Cube 600g of Sweet Potato. Add Chopped Garlic, Chopped Carrot & Chopped Carrot into a pan before adding Extra Lean Mince, Worcester sauce, tomato puree & beef stock.
  2. Boil and Mash Sweet Potato and place mine mixture into a baking dish before adding mashed potato on top.
  3. Bake for around 25 minutes at 220°.

Fake Away Chicken Chow Mein

  1. Season the Chicken with 1 tbsp of Chinese five-spice powder and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a wok over a medium to high heat and stir-fry the chicken for 5 minutes until golden. Add the garlic, ginger, peppers, remaining Chinese five-spice and stir-fry for 2 minutes more. Add the Chinese stir-fry veg, cooked noodles and remaining soy and oyster sauce; stir-fry for 1 minute. Check the meat is cooked through with no pink showing.
  3. Stir through half the spring onions and half the coriander and divide between 4 plates. Serve scattered with the remaining spring onions, coriander and sesame seeds..

Incredibly Jumbo Turkey Samosas

  1. In a large bowl, combine the curry paste, mango chutney and 2 tbsp yogurt, and mix well. Fold in the potatoes, turkey, peas and coriander, then season well.
  2. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Cut the sheets of filo in half lengthways so you have 12 strips – keep the pastry covered with a tea towel while you work so it doesn’t dry out. Layer up 3 sheets of filo, brushing a little oil between each sheet. Pile a quarter of the filling in the top corner of the pastry in a triangle shape. Fold the pastry over to encase the filling, then keep folding until the parcel is sealed and the filo is used up. Brush the final edge with a little beaten egg to help stick the pastry together. Repeat to make all 4 jumbo samosas.
  3. Lay your samosas on a baking sheet and brush each one with more beaten egg, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 35 mins or until the samosas are golden brown and the filling is piping hot. Serve with the remaining yogurt, some mango chutney and coriander leaves.

Turkey meatballs with sweet pepper sauce recipe

  1. Preheat the grill to high. Cut the pepper in half and remove the core then grill, cut-side down for 5-8 minutes until the skin is blackened and blistered. Transfer to a plate, cover with a tea towel and set aside to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, whizz the bread in a food processor to make fine crumbs. Add the turkey mince, egg, sweetcorn, parsley and season then whizz again. Shape the mixture into 20 balls.
  3. Heat the oil in a small pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes until softened. Add the can of tomatoes then half fill the empty can with water and pour into the pan. Bring to a simmer then carefully drop in the turkey balls.
  4. Skin the pepper, cut into strips and add to the turkey pan. Part cover with a lid and simmer very gently for a further 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked right through with no pink showing.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and drain. Serve with the turkey balls and some fresh leaves.
  6. Christmas Pudding Scones

    1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas 6. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
    2. Chop the butter into small cubes, roughly chop the cranberries and zest the orange.
    3. Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl and stir in the sugar. Add the cubed butter and rub into the flour and sugar until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
    4. Crumble in the leftover pudding or cake, then tip in the cranberries, orange zest and mixed spice, then gently stir to combine.
    5. Beat the egg with the milk, add to the dry mix and use an eating knife to bring it all together to form a soft, slightly sticky dough. Fold in the treacle right at the end.
    6. Tip out onto a clean, lightly floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll to about 2.5cm thick and use a 5cm cutter to press out 8 rounds.
    7. Place on the baking sheet, brush with a little milk and bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until risen and golden.
    8. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of crème fraîche, and some cranberry sauce or stewed fruit, if you like.
