Something that really helps is keeping an ‘emotions’ journal. Put it in your kitchen, and always write down the feelings you get when you eat different things.

What you’ll start to see is an extremely sobering view of how the bad food and drink really bums you out. But on the flip side, some serious encouragement in reading how you feel better after healthy food choices.
