White Choc, Raspberry & Coconut Blondies

Deliciously moist, bursting with sweet tang and unbelievably moreish - delish!

Method:


  1. Preheat your oven to 160C.
  2. Simply combine all the blondies ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Grease a small rectangular brownie tin with your coconut oil and pour in the mixture. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  4. Use a cocktail stick to check the inside is cooked.
  5. Once cooked, remove from tin, cut into 6 squares and sprinkle over some more coconut and serve with some fresh raspberries.
