    Cod (Fish) (31%), Cooked Noodles (27%) (Wheat Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Salt), Broccoli (12%), Carrots (8%), Edamame Soybeans (5%), Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Purée, Honey, Lime Juice, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Red Chillies, Spring Onions, Shallots, Black Onion Seeds, Flavouring, Thickener: Guar Gum

    Allergy advice: For allergens, including cereals containing Gluten, see ingredients in bold

    May contain Celery, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Gluten, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Soya, Sulphites.

    Warning: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

  • STORAGE & PREP

    Cooking Instructions: Needs cooking. Microwave only. Cook from chilled: 6 minutes (900W). Cook from frozen: 8 minutes (900W). Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid. Heat on full power. Halfway through cooking peel back film, stir thoroughly and replace film. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Stir well before serving. Not suitable for oven cooking.
    Important: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving. Take care on handling hot pot.

    Storage: Keep refrigerated or freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
