Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 
  • 1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yoghurt 
  • 2 tbsp almond flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tsp vita vibre
  • 1.5 tsp almond milk 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 cup oats 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1tbsp zero calorie sweetener 
  • 1tbsp coconut oil

Toppings - Nuts:

  • Sukrin icing sugar
  • Walnuts
  • Grounded Yacon

Melted dark chocolate:

  • Melted dark chocolate 
  • Coco nibs/chocolate chips 
  • Chopped hazelnuts

Coconut:

  • Sukrin icing sugar 
  • Desiccated coconut 

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Step 2

Grease a doughnut tin with coconut oil.

Step 3

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl.

Step 4

Once thoroughly mixed, place into your doughnut tin.

Step 5

Place in oven for 8/9 minutes. During this time, create your desired toppings.

Step 6

Once fully cooked, take them out and place your desired toppings!
