Ingredients

  • 90g vanilla whey protein
  • 1 pack (40g) Acti-snack fruit & nut mix
  • 150g Vitafiber syrup

Method

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until it forms a thick paste.

Step 2

Press the mix into a small lined square baking tray approx. ½ inch thick.

Step 3

Chill in the fridge for an hour.

Step 4

After chilling, cut into bars.
