  • 1 x Tin Kidney Beans, Drained

  1. Prepare your guacamole. Mash one avocado into a bowl, then add your finely chopped tomatoes and red onion mixing in a squirt of lemon juice to avoid your avocado turning brown.
  2. Rub your deep south seasoning onto your sirloin steaks. Then cut your steak into strips, as well as slicing and chopping your mixed peppers and onion.
  3. Spray a large, heavy-based non-stick frying pan with your low calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat.
  4. Fry your peppers and onions for 1-2 minutes. Adding your steak strips and cooking to your taste (rare, medium or well done).
  5. Load your tortilla wraps with your cheese and juicy steak strips and serve with your guacamole.
