Storage and Prep
Shallow Fry: Pan Fry Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the tuna and fry for 6 minutes, turning halfway through. Cooking appliances may vary. Ensure thoroughly cooked.
