A LITTLE BIT MORE...

With their nutty flavour and delicate texture – cooking Asian cuisine just got a lot easier, and tastier with these delicious Buckwheat Ramen Noodles.

Unlike most other Ramen noodles on the market, these noodles are certified organic and are wheat and gluten free as they’re made from buckwheat flour.

Buckwheat is a plant known for its high fibre and protein content as well as other minerals and vitamins such as magnesium.

They’re also high in protein – 10g per serving – and contain plenty of low GI carbohydrates to keep your blood insulin levels steady by releasing sugars over a long period of time.

A staple of Asian food culture, the humble noodle is considered one of the most nourishing and versatile “fast foods”.

Simply soak a nest in boiling water for 2-3 minutes before draining and adding to a delicious Japanese Ramen Soup with fresh red chillis and strips of lean Veal for a light and substantial meal.

Did you know: Buckwheat isn’t actually wheat; it’s a seed of broad leaf plant related to the rhubarb family.
