The Healthy Yorkshire Pudding

To make a roast dinner healthy, you've got to work through every element and ensure each ingredient will cut the calories without losing taste. That's exactly what we've done with our healthy Yorkshires!


Ingredients

  • 30g Plain Flour
  • 2 x Eggs
  • 75ml Skimmed Milk
  • A Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Fry Light

Method:


  1. Add the flour, eggs, sea salt and milk into a bowl.
  2. Whisk together and pour the mixture evenly across a muffin baking tray.
  3. Pop in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 230C for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove and serve with your Sunday roast.
