It's Musclefood's 7th birthday, so to celebrate we've put together this simple but oh so tasty protein birthday cake recipe for you to make at home, so you can celebrate with us!

Our delicious rainbow sprinkle protein birthday cake

Ingredients for the cake

4 eggs

A scoop of Goddess birthday cake protein powder

2 tsp baking soda

125g Self raising flour

150g coconut oil

50g granulated sweetener

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp milk

Method for the cake

1. Sieve 125g of self raising flour with 2 tsps of baking soda

2. Mix with 1 scoop of Goddess Nutrition Birthday Cake Whey Protein Powder

3. Whisk together 150g melted and cooled coconut oil and 50g granulated             sweetener

4. In a separate bowl, whisk 4 eggs together along with 2tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tsp of milk

5. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together

6. Separate into 2 tins and scatter rainbow sprinkles on top

7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 140 degrees for 30-35 mins

Ingredients for the filling

300g cream cheese

50g powdered Stevia

150g rainbow sprinkles

75g of Goddess Birthday Cake Whey Protein Powder

Method for the filling

1. Add 300g of cream cheese, 50g of powdered Stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 150g rainbow sprinkles, 75g of Goddess Birthday Cake Whey Protein Powder to a bowl and whisk until fully mixed

2. Spread onto one base for the filling, add the other base on top and spread the remaining mixture on top , add candles and enjoy!
