To ensure the freshness of your perishable products, we utilise our specially designed Ice Cube System with Gel ice packs which have been validated to maintain temperature.

Select your preferred delivery date at the checkout, and our dedicated team will promptly prepare your order. Once your order is ready and in the hands of DPD, you will receive your tracking number.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or text notification providing you with an hour-long delivery window. Kindly note that this is a guide time. If you are unavailable during the delivery, our driver will make an attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place as instructed. Please be reassured that our drivers are required to knock or ring the bell upon arrival to ensure your awareness of the delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD App for real-time updates and notifications about your parcel's whereabouts. From being notified when it's out for delivery to receiving a one-hour time slot and even a 30-minute notification, you'll be able to track every step of your delivery journey.

Can I freeze my goods?

In short, yes! Because our meats are picked and packed fresh to order, they can be safely frozen when they get to you.  

Please be sure to check out the use-by dates on the front of your lean meats as soon as they arrive with you and get that freezer stocked to the brim! 

Any items that cannot be frozen will be clearly labelled as such.

How are you cheaper than supermarkets?

Our Hampers offer fantastic value for your money, we have carefully designed these in a way so you get rewarded for buying in bulk whilst giving you different healthy meal alternatives. 

At Musclefood we also cut out the middleman which enables us to pass along those savings directly to our customers.  

You can order as often as you like, with no order frequency requirements or limits.

Where can I find ingredients & nutritional info?

You'll be able to see the nutritional information by clicking the i on each product for a full nutritional breakdown, and on the product's packaging when it arrives with you.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver *nearly* all over the United Kingdom – hooray! 

But, there are some extended delivery areas of the UK where we have some limitation on the days we can get your goodies to you. Check out our full delivery list here for all the details. 

We’re also currently unable to reach Aberdeen, Argyll, Arran, Dundee, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Highlands, Orkney, and Shetland. 

We’re working really hard to make delivery to these areas a reality, so please bear with us and we’ll update you when that dream comes true.

How long does delivery typically take?
