Starting a subscription is simple, just select the “Subscribe” option on your chosen product or hamper, pick how often you’d like it delivered, and checkout as normal. Your subscription will then be set up automatically and can be managed anytime in your account section.

You’re in full control. Log into your account to swap products, adjust your delivery frequency, or update your details. Changes can be made right up until your order is charged, after that, the order will already be locked in for delivery.

Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel whenever you need to. Just make sure to do this in your account before your order is charged (48 hours before delivery for standard postcodes, or 72 hours before delivery for extended postcodes). Once payment has been taken, no further changes can be made to that order.
