How do I start a subscription?

Starting a subscription is simple, just select the “Subscribe” option on your chosen product or hamper, pick how often you’d like it delivered, and checkout as normal. Your subscription will then be set up automatically and can be managed anytime in your account section.



Who do I contact if I have a problem with my subscription?

If you ever run into an issue, our dedicated customer support team is here to help. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out quickly for you.



How do I change my subscription?

You’re in full control. Log into your account to swap products, adjust your delivery frequency, or update your details. Changes can be made right up until your order is charged, after that, the order will already be locked in for delivery.

Can I skip or cancel a delivery anytime?

Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel whenever you need to. Just make sure to do this in your account before your order is charged (48 hours before delivery for standard postcodes, or 72 hours before delivery for extended postcodes). Once payment has been taken, no further changes can be made to that order.



When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your order is charged automatically prior to delivery:

  • Standard postcodescharged 48 hours before delivery (we’ll send you a reminder 72
    hours before your charge date).
  • Extended postcodescharged 72 hours before delivery (you’ll also get a reminder 72 hours before your charge date).

This way, you’ll always have notice before your next ordergoes through.
