Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5.
Place your joint on a roasting tray and put in the oven. Cook for 30-45 minutes depending on preference.
Remove from the oven and cover. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
