Italian Chicken Protein Pasta

  1. Tip the pasta into a pot and pour in 1 litre of boiling water then bring everything to the boil over a high heat and cook until al dente.
  2. Heat a little cooking spray over a medium to high heat and tip in the chopped onions along with the chicken breast.
  3. Cook until the onions are soft and chicken is just cooked.
  4. While that cooks, make your sauce by tipping in the tomatoes, puree, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper into food processor and blend together.
  5. As soon as the onions are translucent, tip in the sauce and turn down the heat to a medium.
  6. Stir everything through and allow to cook until the pasta is done.
  7. Once the pasta is cooked perfectly, add to the sauce, mix together and serve!
