Storage
Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of children.
Prep
1 – Pour the contents of one stick in a shaker or a bottle and then add 500 ml to 750 ml of water and shake well until well dissolved.
2 – Leave to stand for at least 30 seconds.
3 – Shake again for 10 seconds to dissolve the product completely.
4 – Drink from the start of exercise, in small quantities, then at regular intervals every 5 to 10 minutes.
