Experience the convenience of our nationwide shipping service through DPD across mainland UK. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. Once dispatched, we'll send you an email notification with your tracking details, allowing you to conveniently track your parcel using the DPD app or website.

To ensure the freshness of your perishable products, we utilise our specially designed Ice Cube System with Gel ice packs which have been validated to maintain temperature.

Select your preferred delivery date at the checkout, and our dedicated team will promptly prepare your order. Once your order is ready and in the hands of DPD, you will receive your tracking number.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or text notification providing you with an hour-long delivery window. Kindly note that this is a guide time. If you are unavailable during the delivery, our driver will make an attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place as instructed. Please be reassured that our drivers are required to knock or ring the bell upon arrival to ensure your awareness of the delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD App for real-time updates and notifications about your parcel's whereabouts. From being notified when it's out for delivery to receiving a one-hour time slot and even a 30-minute notification, you'll be able to track every step of your delivery journey.

Can I freeze my goods?

All of our prepped meal pots are suitable for home freezing and can be cooked in the microwave directly from frozen.

Our meals will arrive with a minimum of 3 days shelf life, so please ensure that you freeze the pots appropriately (all of our pots can be cooked in the microwave directly from frozen or defrosted in the fridge and cooked from chilled).

How are you cheaper than supermarkets?

Our Hampers offer fantastic value for your money, we have carefully designed these in a way so you get rewarded for buying in bulk whilst giving you different healthy meal alternatives. 

At Musclefood we also cut out the middleman which enables us to pass along those savings directly to our customers.  

You can order as often as you like, with no order frequency requirements or limits.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver *nearly* all over the United Kingdom – hooray! 

But, there are some extended delivery areas of the UK where we have some limitation on the days we can get your goodies to you. Check out our full delivery list here for all the details. 

We’re also currently unable to reach Argyll, Arran, Dundee, Guernsey, thern Highlands, Orkney, and Shetland. 

We’re working really hard to make delivery to these areas a reality, so please bear with us and we’ll update you when that dream comes true.  

How long does delivery typically take?

You set the date and we’ll make it happen. You’re in total control of when you’d like your order to arrive with you.

Of course, occasionally there may be some issues with your delivery.  If that’s the case, reach out to our customer support team who will be happy to help.

What are the delivery charges?

If your order is below £80, we charge a flat rate of £5.99 for premium tracked delivery. Even better though, if your order is £80 or above your delivery costs will be JUST £1.
