Easy Cook Steak Fajitas


  • 170g lean Steak, sliced thinly at diagonals across the grain
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped into rings
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to season


  • Calories: 310kcal

  1. Place the thin strips of lean steak, the sliced vegetables, oil, cinnamon and cumin into a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Turn out the mix into a preheated pan (medium to high heat).
  3. Fry until the meat is at the desired doneness.
  4. Serve with salsa and whole wheat tortillas.
