Nutritional comparison


  1. Heat the oven to 190C electric / 170C fan / gas mark 4. If you are cooking your topside with veggies, chop roughly and toss them into your roasting tray
  2. Rub olive oil over your beef and any other seasonings you fancy. Place the joint on top of the veg and into the oven
  3. Cooking times: Your beef should be roasted for 1 hour 55 minutes for medium - take it out 5 - 10 minutes earlier for medium rare, and 10 minutes longer for well done.
  4. Once your beef looks cooked, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving and serving - nom!
