Method:


  1. Shallow fry all vegetables until softened
  2. Add the mincemeat, chopped tomatoes and all the herbs and leave to simmer until mince has cooked through
  3. Add the stock cube and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce has thickened up
  4. Place spaghetti on to boil
  5. Once spaghetti is cooked through, serve immediately
  6. Enjoy!
