  1. Add your sauce ingredients into a small bowl, mix well.
  2. Spray a large, heavy-based non-stick frying pan with your low calorie cooking spray and place over a high heat, adding your chicken fillets and cooking for 12-15 minutes, until the juices run clear.
  3. Once cooked set-aside on a large plate to rest. Resting your chicken before cutting it will retain all your juices.
  4. Spray more low calorie cooking spray into your pan and place over a high heat, adding your onions and peppers and cooking for 5 minutes or until softened.
  5. Return your chicken to your frying pan, adding your sauce and cooking for a further few minutes until your sauce coats your chicken.
  6. Bring your water to boil and add your egg noodles.
  7. Cook until your noodles are done to your desired texture (4-6 minutes until al dente).
