These epic Premium Protein Pancakes take no time at all to whizz up and bake – perfect when you fancy a gorgeous protein packed morning nibble!

Method:


  1. Pop all ingredients into a blender and whizz together until smooth and batter like.
  2. Melt some Lucy Bee Coconut Oil in a flat pan.
  3. Using a ladle, spoon a little mixture into the middle and cook until bubbles appear on top.
  4. Flip, and cook for a further few minutes to ensure the pancakes are cooked through.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of your favourite Guilt Free Syrup and fruit.
